- Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the damaged product along with all original packaging materials and accessories. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
- Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the damage. If the damage is verified, we will provide you with options for a replacement or a refund.
